HISTORY
JGC Philippines, Inc., which was formerly known as Technoserve International Co., Inc., was incorporated and registered with the Securities and Exchange
Commission (SEC) on September 5, 1989. It is engaged in providing engineering services which consist of feasibility study, front-end engineering and detailed engineering design for its mother company in Japan including its domestic clients. The three original shareholders are AG & P, Marubeni and JGC Corp. |
