EMPLOYEE PROGRAMS
JGC Philippines work-life balance to its employees. We believe that the productivity of an individual comes from being able to maintain a good balance between work and personal life. JGC Philippines offers a variety of programs and activities through the Personnel Assistance Section to support this initiative.
Trendy Ballon Making
JGC Philippines introduced other productive activities to employees in cooperation with Technology Resource Center (TRC) of TESDA. The company launched its second series of livelihood programs the Trendy Balloon Making.
Health and Wellness Programs
JGC Philippines initiated the blood letting program last February 19, 2010, in partnership with the PNRC Muntinlupa Chapter. A total of 77 volunteers from different Departments and Sections participated in this worthwhile activity.
Community Programs
JGC Philippines employees unselfishly show their compassionate heart in the spirit of giving to make a difference in the lives of other people. September 26, 2009 was a tragic day for most Filipinos living in Metro Manila and Central Luzon as they were struck by the typhoon "Ondoy." The day after the disaster, JGC Philippines employees did not hesitate to extend their helping hand through a donation drive. The company raised funds and donations in cash and in kind. These were distributed and manifested by partnering with ABS-CBN Sagip Kapamilya Foundation, GMA Kalusugan Karavan and The Philippine National Red Cross Muntinlupa Branch. The overwhelming response from our employees is a proof of our concern for the welfare of our less fortunate brothers.
Sports and Recreation
The annual Sportsfest is part of JGC Philippines regular activities every year. Through this program, we encourage sportsmanship and camaraderie among colleagues. With various events such as bowling, basketball, volleyball, badminton and indoor activities, colleagues take time to share the spirit of sportsmanship and engage in friendly competition.
EMPLOYEE PRIVILEGES
JGC Philippines Staff House. Located at Alabang Hills which is three (3) kms. away from JGC Philippines office, the company staff house is a two-storey building with a total of 80 rooms. It is furnished with basic amenities, dining, laundry, kitchen areas and other facilities such as internet room, basketball court and gym equipment. A shuttle service transports the residents to and from JGC Philippines office everyday.
