Under
no circumstances will JGC Philippines willingly
release, provide, sell, trade, transact or give
away personal information pertaining to its site's
users, visitors and clients in any way with prior
consent of the person/s involved or a valid court
order.
JGC Philippines
will similarly not willingly release, provide,
sell, trade, transact or give away any information
pertaining to its clients regarding transactions
with the company, with exception to the stages
of the transaction itself, or any future dealings
that may in some way relate to the given transaction.
Finally,
JGC Philippines will not in any way solicit information
from its users, visitors or clients from a third-party
source without its authorization. In addition,
JGC Philippines will not in any way send advertisements
or physical details of its promotions to its clients
other than for the purpose of the normal stages
of transaction.
